Understanding the Work Order Details Page
The order details section has the same overview information as the work order section did while also showing all items in the work order along with cost, time, and comments.
Header
This is where you will find the work order id number and status.
Repair Item
Each repair item has an overview showing the affected component and damage location along with the type of repair.
On the right side of the item overview is the total time and cost of repair.
To see the repair item in more detail, click on the desired item, and a window will appear to the right of the screen.
Repair Item Notifications
| Notification | Meaning |
|---|---|
 | The repairs took longer than the tariff says it should. |
 | The materials cost more than the tariff says it should. |
 | Represents the rate the hours were charged at if different than standard. |
 | There is a comment on this specific item.
 |
 | On the date stated this repair was performed on this chassis before.
 |
Work Order Summary
At the bottom of the screen you will find the work order's cost and time summary for all repairs.
