The PTS Chassis Management System provides a dashboard summarizing your current equipment utilization and any item that might need your attention.

Chassis Tracker

This section helps to identify aging equipment by showing:

  • The total number of chassis checked out under motor carrier's SCAC.
  • A date range of when the chassis were last seen at a start/stop location.

Checked Out Chassis

This sections provides a breakdown of each chassis checked out under your company’s SCAC. Chassis are organized in descending order starting with the oldest chassis.

Chassis Table

ColumnDescription
Chassis NumberUnique number that identifies the chassis.
  • Alert Icon Placed next to chassis that were last seen over 30 days.
  • Alert Icon Placed next to chassis that were last seen over 7 days.
Last Seen AtThe start/stop location the chassis has last left from.
DepartedThe date and time the chassis left the last start/stop location.
ContainerContainer number currently attached to the chassis.
  • If there is no container associated with this chassis, the section will be left blank.
Booking/BOLNA booking number (export) or bill of lading number (import) associated with the container.
  • If there is no container associated with this chassis, the section will be left blank.

Filtering the Table

Users can reduce the content to show only what is wanted at the time by using filter options.
