Chassis Provider

Customers can choose their preferred chassis provider for a multi-contributor pool by following the below instructions. This preference can be updated at any time.

Select a Provider​

To select a provider head to the company’s setting page.

  • Once on the settings page you will see a section labeled “Chassis Provider”. Inside there will be a list of all chassis pools.
  • Using the dropdown, select your preferred provider for each pool.
  • Once complete, click the Update button at the bottom right corner of the section.

Change Providers​

You can change a provider at any time. To change chassis providers follow the same directions used to select a provider.

Provider changes will only affect billing for current and future trips. Billing for past trips will use the preference that existed during that trip.
