Add a Work Order
1. Create Work Order
Select the icon located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- You will be taken to a new screen where you will be asked to input the following information:
Shop select the textbox and then select from the list of known shops.
Repair Site select the textbox and then select from the list of possible sites.
Chassis Number select the text and type in the effected chassis number.
Reference Number select the text and type in the reference number.
Repair Date there's two ways to add a date:
Select the text and type the date.
Select the icon and select a date from calendar.
- Mechanic select the text and type the mechanic's name or code.
- Once complete, click the
button at the bottom right corner of the window.
2. Add Repair Items
After you have created the work order you will be brought to the work order details page where you can add the repair items.
- To add an item, select the
button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Add Repair Details
A window will appear where you will be asked to input the repair details.
To input repair details, select the aspect box and then choose from the list or begin typing in the search section to reduce the items in the list.
After selecting the aspect, the system will automatically open the following box and continue until all boxes are filled.
Add Cost Details
Below the repair information is the repair cost section.
Depending on the shop’s configurations, you may see a few different varieties, or there may not be a cost section at all.
- Once complete, select the
button or the
button if there's another repair you want to add to this work order.
3. Submit Work Order
Once you have added all needed repairs to the work order, there are two ways you can submit the order:
- If there are more work orders you would like to submit, select the
button at the top right of the screen.
- If there are no more work orders to submit, select the
button on the right side of the
button.
- A dropdown will appear, select the "Submit" option.
