Respond to a Work Order

  • The first step to respond to a work order is to select the desired work order.
  • You will be taken to the work order detail screen.

Approve a Work Order

  • Select the Approve button at the top right of the screen.
  • The work order status will change to approved.

Revert Approved Work Order

  • Select the Vert icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  • A list will appear, select "Clear Approval".

Request Changes to a Work Order

  • To request changes to a work order select the dropdown button to the right side of the Approve button.
  • A list will appear, select "Request Changes".

Request Changes

  • A new window will appear, giving you the option to leave a comment about the desired change.
  • Once complete, select the Request Changes button at the bottom right of the window.

Comment box

  • The work order status will change to changes requested and any comments made can be found in the comments section of the work order details.

Reject a Work Order

Currently, admin cannot reject a work order. If the issue cannot be fixed through change requests or deleting the work order contact support@porttechnologyservices.com.
