Understanding the Trips Page
The trips section will show the chassis activity for all chassis ever used.
A trip begins when a chassis out gates from a start/stop location and ends when it in gates at another start/stop location. This section of the system will show all activity which is both in progress (incomplete) as well as finished (complete). Trip information is viewed in real-time in order to track activity and should be used to identify any errors in order to dispute activity before invoices are created.
The data is constantly updating, make sure to refresh the page to get the most up-to-date information.
