Data Tables
Data tables are used to view large amounts of information in easy to read columns. Every data table is customizable for the user’s preference.
Navigation
The table shows 100 items per page, usually starting with the most recent item.
Takes the user to the next 100 items.
Takes the user back to the previous 100 items.
Takes the user back to first page.
Sorting Data
By default, data is shown from the most recent start time to the oldest.
Users can change the order in which data is viewed by hovering over the category they want to change.
An arrow will appear next to the name.
Click the
arrow to view items in descending order according to that category.
- Click the
arrow to view item in ascending order according to that category.
- To undo the action, select the refresh button on your webpage.
Change Column Order
Users can change the order columns are seen.
- Select the column title you want to move.
- While holding the mouse down, drag it to the location you want to view.
- This layout will remain even if you leave the page or log out.
- To remove, right-click over the table header and select “Reset to Default”.
Hide a Column
Users can hide any column they don't want to see.
- Right-click on the column title you would like to hide.
- Select “Hide (Title)”.
- This layout will remain even if you leave the page or log out.
- To Remove right click over the table header and select “Reset to Default” or select “Add Column” to choose which category you want back.
Downloadable Content
Users can download a CSV of any data table by selecting the icon located at the top right corner of the table.
CSV download will reflect all active filters. If you do not want that, please remove filters before downloading.
