Understanding the Motor Carrier Page

The motor carrier page contains an overview of all motor carrier customers.

Motor Carrier Table

Column	Description
Name	The name of the motor carrier.
SCAC	The unique standard carrier alpha code belonging to the motor carrier. If this icon is seen next to the motor carrier's scac, there is a pending insurance approval. If this icon is seen next to the motor carrier's scac, the carrier's billing information is missing.
Insurance	The status of the motor carrier's insurances. Missing- If any of the insurance has not been entered by admin or the motor carrier. Pending- If an insurance has been submitted for review but not yet approved. Active- All insurance is up to date and approved. Expiring Soon- An insurance will expire within 30 days. Expired- At least one insurance has expired.

Filtering the Motor Carrier Table

Users can reduce the content to show only what is needed at the time by using the filter options. There are two different ways to filter the table.

Types	How to use	How to remove
	Allows users to look up specific items such as the carrier’s name or SCAC code.	Select the X to the right of the filter.
	Filters based on the insurance status. Users can select more than one option.	Select the drop down and then select "Any".

To remove all options inside one multi-select filter, select the button at the top left corner of each filter, or to remove all filters, select Clear, located on the right side of the filter's section.
