Edit a Lease
- Select the
icon located at the top right-hand corner of the desired lease. - A list will appear, select the "Edit Lease" option.
- A window will open where you will be able to edit the lease.
- Daily Rate select the text, erase the previous number and enter the chassis' correct rate per day.
- Quantity select the text, erase the previous number and enter the correct number of chassis agreed on.
- Chassis Type select the text or dropdown icon and select from the list.
- Once complete, click the
button at the bottom right corner of the window.
Deactivate a Lease
- Select the icon located at the top right-hand corner of the desired lease.
- A list will appear, select the "Deactivate Lease" option.
- A window will open, and you will be asked to enter the off lease date for all active chassis.
- There's two ways to add the off lease date:
- Select the text, erase the previous date and type the new one.
- Select the
icon and select the new date from the calendar.
- Once complete, click the
button at the bottom right corner of the window. - A confirmation screen will appear explaining that this action is permanent.
- To finish deactivating the lease, select
on the confirmation screen.
Delete a Lease
- Select the icon located at the top right-hand corner of the desired lease.
- A list will appear, select the "Delete Lease" option.
- A confirmation screen will appear explaining that this action is permanent.
- Select the
button on the confirmation screen to finish deleting the lease.
