Update Settings

Edit the Company Details and Billing Information​

  • To add or edit settings select the textbox and input the desired information.
  • Once a section is complete, select the Save located at the bottom right corner of each section.

Deactivate a Company​

  • To deactivate a company scroll down to the company status section.

Active Status​

  • Click the toggle switch next to "active Status" to deactivate the company. They will no longer have access to their account and will only be allowed into the port to return any currently rented chassis.
  • Switching the company's active status to deactivated will automatically switch the TOS lockout status to "Receive Only".

TOS Lockout Status​

  • Click the toggle switch next to "TOS Lockout Status" to restrict the company from renting anymore chassis. They will still be able to access their account and enter the port to return any currently rented chassis.

  • Once complete, click the Update button located at the bottom right corner of the window to save information.

  • Back on the motor carrier page the company will show disabled.
